Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. During seasonal times, such as Black Friday or Christmas, order processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while preparing your order. 

Shipping Times 
We ship from our warehouse in the US and currently only ship to the US.  We offer free Standard Shipping for orders $35 and up to the continental US (excluding Alaska).  Shipping options currently offered:

Standard - 3 business days
Express   -  2 business days

To see shipping availability and rates for Alaska & non-continental US, add products to your cart and enter your shipping details.  

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, we don't provide a prepaid return label. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and all included parts & accessories, and in its original packaging. Returns that are not in original condition and/or missing parts & accessories will be declined and/or charged a restocking fee.
